Upgrade planner does not recognize Postgres and GenAI tiles

Issue/Introduction

The upgrade planner tool https://upgrade-planner.pivotal.io/ shows a warning when loading GenAI or Postgress tiles via the diagnostic report indicating the tiles are not recognized. 

Cause

This issue is die to a software defect.

Resolution

Tanzu R&D is fixing this issue on a future release of the update planner tool. 

Meanwhile and as a workaround, the tiles can be manually added at the end of the page of the upgrade planner.
