CSV drilldown total does not match in-platform drilldown total

Issue/Introduction

The total for downloaded CSV of drilldown records does not match the displayed total in-platform (both in the cost-history table, and drilldown records).

Cause

CSV downloads are limited to 100k records/lines and are sorted in descending cost order.

If the selected item contains greater than 100k records/lines, records past the 100k will be dropped from the CSV.

This can not only cause totals to be lower, but in some cases, also higher. Because the records are sorted in descending cost order, credits may be lost from the CSV.

Resolution

Large drilldown records will need to be split into smaller groups that do not exceed the 100k limit. 

As an example, using the 'Assets not allocated' example, filtering the same report to that perspective group, it can now be categorized to 'Regions' which splits the large set into smaller, separate groups of cost.
