AD Details tab missing under Computer Details

Issue/Introduction

The "AD Details" tab is not showing under Assets > Computers > Computer Details

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

AD policy mapping is not enabled

Resolution

1. Log into the App Control Console
2. Navigate to System Configuration (gear icon) > General tab
3. Click Edit
4. Change "AD-Based Policy" from Disabled to Enabled.
5. Click Update
