Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

  • When attempting to download products on  Home - Support Portal - Broadcom support portal , the checkbox next to "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" is unable to be checked and you are not allowed to accept the terms and conditions.

  • Moving the mouse over the checkbox produces a prohibition image (red circle with a red line though it), per the following image:



  • This issue may only appear for certain versions of a particular software group i.e. you are able to accept the terms and conditions and download VMware NSX 3.x software but not VMware NSX 4.x software.
