existing agents are not registering with new server

Issue/Introduction

Old server crashed. Built a new one and the old agents are not communicating to the new server.

• App Control Server

Cause

Incorrect migration path

Resolution

 It's expected that an agent doesn't automatically talk to a new database. There are specific steps that need to be followed for this to work. See Migrate the Server to a New Host.
