Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

You started having these errors in the app logs, and you have not deployed Clarity PPM Broker service.

Cause

PPM Broker is not deployed, but is enabled in properties.xml

Resolution

  1. Open your properties.xml or CSA and look for Enable Broker / enableBroker 
  2. Make sure you set this to false
  3. Restart all services 
  4. Repeat on all servers in cluster
