AppNeta Generate SNMP Trap Event doesn't work

Issue/Introduction

After configuring snmp to send v3 traps to NMS system the specified monitoring point was not sending alarms even though configured to do so.

Resolution

Adjusted the 'Engine ID' value. A value of '0' was initially specified, however, this caused problems and the v3 trap was not sent. Adjusted the 'Engine ID' to have a value of '1234567890'
   and afterward the monitoring point sent v3 traps as it should.

Additional Information

Note: With SNMP v3 traps the target/destination's snmp is not authoritative and therefore not important. If an INFORM was specified the target/destination's snmp engine is
    then authoritative and the correct 'Engine ID' would be necessary.
