Site recovery planned migration failure during Unregister VM phase - PBM error occurred during PreCreateCheckCallback

Issue/Introduction

During a Planned Migration, the VMs on the Protected Site will fail to be unregistered on the vcenter with the error, "PBM error occurred during PreCreateCheckcallback: Invalid state" and "A general system error occurred:  PBM error occurred during PreCreateCheckCallback: Authentication failed: Invalid credentials"

SRM history will show Recovery with errors

Environment

Site Recovery Manager 8.x
vSphere Live Recovery 8.x
vCenter Server 7.X, 8.X

Cause

Site Recovery Manager is unable to log into the Protected Site vCenter VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage service due to issues with the solution user on vCenter being incorrect or expired.

From SRM Log:

Resolution

Run the VCF Diagnostic tool for vSphere on the vCenter server and resolve all errors found for the Solution users.

Restart the VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage service on Protected vCenter.

Re-run the Planned Migration inside of SRM.
