Issue/Introduction

We are not able to log in to TCAM. It says Invalid Username or Password.

The time now does not fall within the request lifetime interval extended with a clock tolerance of 600000 ms. This might be due to a clock skew problem.

Cause

Appliance system time is off by more then ten minutes compared to vcenter

Resolution

Edit the appliance VM settings in vCenter. Ensure that both "Synchronize at startup and resume" and "Synchronize time periodically" are selected.
