Cannot edit Resource records from Admin side

Issue/Introduction

• Edit a record at Administration > Resources / Users
• Click on 'Save and Continue'
• Following error is thrown:
  ERROR: System error. Contact system administrator.
• Following error is visible in the app-ca.log:
  ERROR 1947-08-15 07:00:00,317 [http-nio-8082-exec-177] niku.xql2 (clarity:[email protected]:session_id:nmc.updateUserAndContinue) (403b1c7f-0d9335607740) Exception in processing
com.niku.union.persistence.PersistenceException: 
SQL error code: 4098
Error message: ORA-04098: trigger 'T_TEAM_PPRTEAM' is invalid and failed re-validation

Resolution

1. Make note of all the attributes that are audited in the 'Team' object
2. Remove them all
3. Re-add them, by referring to step 1.
