How can I identify the patch level for my CA Service Desk Manager CABI release?
Answer:
CA Service Desk Manager included SAP Business Object XI package
for report creation until April 2016.
Some ready to use sample report were included in the product.
The BOXI version number can be found after you logged on to Infoview or Central Management console
in the help about screen.
