Issue/Introduction

Non prod developer portal :  https://portal.layer7.saas.domain.com/

We are not able to access our non prod developer portal , getting access denied error (Permission Denied)

Environment

CA Developer Portal 5.3.1, Saas

Cause

AuthHUB relays the SAML responses from Customer IDP to the APIM Portal, SAML response that was received by AHUB from customer IDP is not-matching due to certificate mismatch and hence authentications are failing.

Resolution

 AHUB team uploaded the certificate that is coming from Customer's IDP after the confirmation from customer, since then authentications are working fine.
