Issue/Introduction

Spectrum is not clearing Cisco DNAC Radio Down Alarms (0x67333fd)

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.x, 24.3.x

VNA 23.3.x, 24.3.x

Cause

• The timestamp field of the down event matches the timestamp field of the up event, but the startTime field is when the event was actually resolved.
• The issue arises because the query filters events based on timestamp field, not the startTime field .

Resolution

Cisco is aware of this issue and it is slated to be resolved in DNAC 2.3.7.10
