Project Properties not loaded when creating form template and navigating to another tab

Issue/Introduction

When creating a project from template, the target project properties page is not fully loaded if the user navigates to a different tab 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to MUX > Administration > Blueprints > Ensure the project blueprint first module is Properties
2. Go to MUX > Project grid
3. Click on New from template
4. The template modals pops up.
5. Fill the required data and Save
6. The new project gets created and the Properties page loads fully
7. Go to MUX > Project grid > Click on New from template again
8. The template modals pops up > Fill the required data and Save
9. Straight after move to a different browser tab
10. Go back to the precious tab once the project has been created

Expected Results: The new project Properties page loads fully
Actual Results: The new project Properties page is not fully loaded and you see a scrollbar on the right that allows you to navigate through the page content

This is caused by DE172026

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3

Workaround: refresh the page
