Issue/Introduction
Importing a CSV file that contains more than 3 decimals for a number field does a rounding
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Administration > Studio > Objects
- Create a custom object and API enable it
- Create a number type attribute with 6 decimals
- On the MUX > Custom Objects > Go to the custom object created
- Create a few instances as
- Name A - ID A - Number 1.1
- Name B - ID B - Number 1.01
- Name C - ID C - Number 1.001
- Name D - ID D - Number 1.0001
- Name E - ID E - Number 1.00001
- Name P - ID P - Number 1.000001
- Actions > Export to CSV
- Delete object instances
- Import to CSV the same file exported
- Look at the data being imported
- Name A - ID A - Number 1.1
- Name B - ID B - Number 1.01
- Name C - ID C - Number 1.001
- Name D - ID D - Number 1.0000
- Name E - ID E - Number 1.00000
- Name P - ID P - Number 1.000000
Expected Results: The data imported by CSV is respected
Actual Results: Any decimals after the 3rd are being rounded.

This is caused by DE172025
Resolution
This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3
