Issue/Introduction

• Destination Compute container shows empty in the migration wizard.
  
  
• Following entries would be seen in the /common/logs/admin/web.log

Environment

VMware HCX

Cause

• The inventory not being loading is due to the packet loss in the underlay infrastructure between the paired sites.
• Ping test taken between the site-pair (from connector to cloud) confirms the packet drops. 

Resolution

The packet loss between the HCX managers (Connector and Cloud) is an physical networking issue. This should be reviewed by the physical networking team.
