Duplicate email notifications from MUX when Status is changed from Flyout screen

Issue/Introduction

Duplicate notifications are sent when IDEA (or any investment) status is changed from the flyout screen in Board view.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to MUX - Administration - Notification
2. Set up a new notification as follows
   Name: Approved
   Target Object: IDEA
   Subject: Approvals
   In the NEXT page
   Condition Type: Complex
   Target Attr: Status is Equal to Approved
   In the NEXT Page(recipients)
   Resource: Select a resource who has access to emails
3. Navigate to IDEAS
4. Board View
5. Under Settings Column, set STATUS 
6. Click on any Idea which is not in Approved status
7. Open the Detail Flyout for the above idea
8. Change the Status to Approved
Expected: Resource set in recipients (step 2) receive 1 email
Actual: Resource set in recipients (step 2) receive 2 emails
