Probe Utility command to clear open/active alarms from Nimsoft/UIM

Environment

Any UIM version

Resolution

Please find the probe utility command below to close/clear Nimsoft active command:

\Nimsoft\bin>pu.exe -u <username> -p <password> /UIM-Domain/UIM-Server/Robot/nas close_alarms <username> <associated_alarm_nimid> <zap>

Where username and password are the credentials that you use to login to IM (Infrastructure Manager).

Note: Make sure 'zap' value should always be 0, if you want to delete a specific or single alarm. If zap value is set to 1, then all the alarms would be deleted/closed.

Additional Information

Alternatively, you can create nas Auto-Operator profile to auto-close the required alarm.
