MUX - Page Unresponsive at Hierarchies Financials.

Issue/Introduction

We are observing behaviour where Clarity page is freezing in Hierarchies cost plans when adding cost values and you tab several times at the end month column

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Hierarchy
2. Import investments – select a project with cost plans
3. Go to Hierarchy -> Financials and Plan Type = Cost plan
4. Expand investment and edit some cost value in a row
5. Move to the next column using the Tab key
6. Return to the edited value by mouse click.
7. Then tab until you get to the last period in the view and click elsewhere on the page

Expected Results: You can continue with other work on the same page

Actual Results: The page is frozen. I.e. you get in Chrome “Page Unresponsive”
