Issue/Introduction

This article discusses how to remove the service from the Featured Offering

Environment

Release: CASVCT99000-12.9-Service Catalog
Component:  CA Service Catalog

Resolution

1. Login to service catalog as a servicedelivery administrator user

2. Click on Catalog Builder tab.

3. Click on the Offering tab

4. Expand the folder the service is part of.

5. Click on the Featured Offerings tab

6. Select the Offering you want to remove from the Featured Panel and click on the backward arrow to remove from the FeaturedPanel  and make sure to click on the save button

 

In summary:  log into Catalog > Catalog tab > Service offerings > Click on BU folder at top > Featured offerings then use <-- to remove some featured offering or --> to add some. And then click on "Save" button.
