Global User Delete Date is not a valid Date value

Issue/Introduction

Updated the delete date via etautil utility using eTDeleteDate attribute by having it set their provisioning directory to a value of 0000000000 , but when making any other changes to the affected user's account under IDM user console, getting an invalid date error

Failed to execute SynchronizeAttributesWithAccountsEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: [LDAP: error code 1 - :ETA_E_0007<MGU>, Global User 'abcd' modification failed: Attribute value '-0000000635' for attribute 'Global User Delete Date' is not a valid Date value ]) in the IM logs

 

Environment

Standalone Identity Manager 14.5.1 CHF1

Cause

Problem with failover etacallback

Resolution

Remove the problem failover etacallback from provisioning manager
