Setup Windows Services (Enhanced) Not showing in available MCS profiles

Issue/Introduction

After new ntservices mcs template deployment the Setup Windows Enhanced 3.63.1 does not show up.

When we start MCS Configuration and try to select Setup Windows Services (Enhanced) it does not showup in the list.

When we check the activation status, the template version is activated. 

 

 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.*

Cause

Template not correctly migrated or activated

Resolution

Follow these steps if Windows Services (Enhanced)

 

1. Download: ntservices_mcs_templates-3.63-auto-migrate.zip

From:  Nimsoft support

(alternatively if the package is already in the archive, go to step 2)

2. Import to the archive and deploy he package to the primary hub.

 Afer this the Setup Windows Services (Enhanced) should appear.

Additional Information

Check if the template is present in the ssrv2Template table: 

It should appear as below:

 

NOTE: for the profile to be visible in the GUI it should be have the column "production" equals to "1". If  it's 0 it won't show.
