Aria Operations vCenter Appliance Availability dashboard is not displaying services for integrated vCenters

Issue/Introduction

• Integrated vCenter is not displaying any services information in the vCenter Availability dashboard.
• A service account is used in the adapter integration.
• Selecting the vCenter to view the services in the vCenter Availability dashboard results in the following error:
  • The view cannot be rendered for the specified Object.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

• The account used in the adapter configuration does not have the required permission to view the vCenter services.

Resolution

• Ensure the account is either an Administrator or is a member of the 'SystemConfiguration.Administrator' group in the vCenter.
