Issue/Introduction

Notifications sent by SMG cannot be delivered and are visible in delivery queue.

Resolution

Ensure that there are no connectivity issues. Go to Control Center Settings > SMTP and check if Control Sender or Define new host has access over port 25 to end MTA.
