Power on Task for Aria automation on Aria suite lifecycle fails with error code LCMVRAVACONFIG590070

Issue/Introduction

The Power On task for Aria Automation on Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager is failing with the following error:

Error Code: LCMVRAVACONFIG590070
Failed to start vRealize Automation services. Check the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager log for more details.
Failed to start services on vRA <vRA-FQDN>. For more information, log in to vRA and check the file /var/log/deploy.log.

 

Querying the pods shows proxy service pods in CrashLoopBackOff state.

 

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

vIDM certificate is changed and the new certificate is not trusted on Aria automation

Resolution

1. Re-trust the Aria automation with Identity Manager

2. Re-deploy the pods by running /opt/scripts/deploy.sh command.
