Issue/Introduction

We followed the steps for user provisioning and activation for Non-Federated Access in VIP AuthHub however the customer did not receive the registration email to set up their account.

 

Resolution

For workaround customer can have the email registration link resent or can use self-service method to setup and reset Non-Federated user accounts.

  1. Navigate to one of the PPMSSO URLs - List of URL’s Across Various Region for Non Federated Access
  2. User will get redirect to Auth Hub
  3. Enter Username
  4. Click on the option to Reset Password
