I am not seeing devices I monitor via net_connect in Infrastructor Manager (IM)

Issue/Introduction

Why can't I see devices I am monitoring through a remote probe not seen in IM?

Environment

Any version

Cause

Only servers with robots installed will be seen in IM.

Resolution

Use Operator Console(OC) to see these devices.
