Missing some Mask Settings in TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

Missing masking settings on TDM Portal.  The last masking setting displayed is SEEDTABLE.

Environment

TDM Portal 4.11.2012.0

Resolution

Appling patch TDMWeb-4.11.2017.0.zip and later will resolve this issue.
