RestAPI usage for containerized/clustered SPE

Issue/Introduction

You have installed the Symantec Protection Engine for Cloud Services (SPE for CS) via containerization (i.e. Docker) or in a cluster (i.e. Kubernetes) and you wish to know which RestAPIs can be used.

Environment

SPE for CS 9.x installed in a container or in a cluster.

Resolution

The containerized/clustered versions of SPE for CS currently only support the file scanning APIs (/spe/api/v1/scan-file, /spe/api/v1/scan-file-path, /spe/api/v1/scan-file-stream, etc.).  Support for all remaining APIs will be available for containerized/clustered versions of SPE for CS in a future build.
