Harbor add-on pending on removal

Issue/Introduction

• The status of the harbor add-on will show in pending state
  TCA-UI > Caas Infrastructure > Cluster >Add-Ons
• Deleting the harbor add-on might get stuck in deleting state
• TCA-CP api log  /cnVmLogs/logs/pods/tca-cp-cn_tca-api-##########-#####_########-####-####-####-##########/tca/1.log will show the Kafka going down:
  

  WARN  o.apache.kafka.clients.NetworkClient- [Consumer clientId=consumer-EventListenerFromServices-0-WebServerLicense-1, groupId=EventListenerFromServices-0-WebServerLicense] Bootstrap broker edge-kafka-bootstrap:9092 (id: -1 rack: null) disconnected

• In TCA-CP the app service logs /cnVmLogs/logs/pods/tca-cp-cn_tca-app-##########-#####_########-####-####-####-##########/tca/1.log will show the app service trying to connect to kafka:
  

  WARN  c.v.v.h.m.k.Kafka ProducerDelegate- Initialization of producer failed and will retry

   

• TCA-CP api log /cnVmLogs/logs/pods/tca-cp-cn_tca-api-##########-#####_########-####-####-####-##########/tca/1.log will show an error handling kafta
  

  ERROR c.v.v.h.m.a.EventListenerAdapter- Error in executing the offset reset strategy

Workaround:

• Restart the app engine service by going to TCA-CP UI:9443 > Appliance Summary > Application Service > Restart
