Internal Inconsistency error (36000) might pop-up from Ghost UI when bootable USB removed during image save/restore.
GSS 3.x with any WinPE preboot and Ghost engine version
Ghost engine would enumerate volumes (drives) at start and at the end of the process. And if the amount of volumes differs it would report this inconsistency.
It's not recommended to unplug any devices from machine being imaged. As even while the USB booted data being mounted to ramdisk, something might still have pointers to the usb device itself. And it's generally not suggested to perform any changes during Imaging to not interfere with the process.
