Unable to scale out Orchestrator 8.18.1 Environment in Lifecycle Manager

Issue/Introduction
When trying to scale out the vRO environment from standalone to 3 node cluster, It shows blank grey screen in the request once it started.
Environment
vRA Orchestrator 8.18.1
Resolution
The issue has been fixed in vRSLCM 8.18 Patch 3
Workaround:
Add nodes to cluster outside of lcm and do inventory sync
