Issue/Introduction
The issue affects nodes with FQDNs in uppercase in the SDDC inventory.
The issue affects nodes that are using Custom CA-signed certificates.
Certificate validation in the SDDC manager fails with the following error: Common Name(CN) provided in the certificate does not match with the resource's hostname.
Cause
The third-party CA alters the Common Name (CN) in the certificate to lowercase during signing, which causes the certificate validation process in SDDC Manager to fail.
Resolution
Please work with the CA authority to regenerate the certificate using the correct CN name in the same case as it appears in the inventory.
