Issue/Introduction

When using the browser's back button within the Automic Web Interface (AWI) after navigating from or within the Process Monitoring perspective while the Hierarchy view is used, users encounter an "An unexpected error occurred. Further details are available in the logfiles." popup message. This interrupts navigation and requires an extra step to close the error, impacting productivity.

Symptoms:

User Interface: A popup message stating: "An unexpected error occurred. Further details are available in the logfiles."
AWI Logs: One of the following (or similar) messages may be observed:

WARN [...] AEPROD:100/AUTOMIC/AUTOMATION [...] WorkflowMonitorContentController] - Unable to find subMediator [runid] of -1

(where [runid] is a numerical identifier, often corresponding to the run ID of the monitored workflow).

ERROR [...] java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.uc4.ecc.components.listitems.api.IListItem.getIdentifier()" because "item" is null

(often accompanied by a longer stack trace originating from V14BaseComboPickerWrapper.renderItems or related UI rendering components).

This only impacts users who are using the Hierarchical view in Process Monitoring when using the Back Button
