"Could not assign security for collaborator" error when trying to share roadmap

Issue/Introduction

Error "Could not assign security for collaborator" is thrown if Roadmap Author tries to share roadmap with user who already have Roadmap - View instance security right.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create new roadmap
2. Add instance right "Roadmap - View" to a user
3. Navigate inside the Roadmap -> Properties tab
4. Click on "Share" button on roadmap and add user 

 

Expected: User gets added successfully

Actual:  An error occurs with message "Could not assign security for collaborator"
