Large number of Critical System Protection (CSP) Agents remain offline

Issue/Introduction

The customer reported an issue where large number of CSP agents (80%) remain offline (communication health red) and those agents are not transmitting events.

Environment

CSP 8.0.2

Cause

This is a known issue that was resolved in the latest Critical System Protection (CSP) Management Server Hotfix.

 

Resolution

Upgrade Critical System Protection Management Server to build 8.0.2.133 or higher.
