Why am I not able to view assigned change request in CCF with Option 3 - "Display assigned change requests" or logout modules to an existing work order?

Environment

Release: LIB-AM00200-4.4-CA-Librarian-Access Method
Component:

Resolution

Background:

Option 3 - Display only shows the list of Work Orders based on who has the Work Order assignment.
Option 8  - Report view will show all of the assignments based with either programmer or manager.

For a manager or programmer that needs to use an existing work order to check out modules which had not been originally assigned to them when the Work Order was created need the work order reassigned to them.

The CCF Administrator or the manager who has administration authority can reassign a Work Order.

Instructions:

To reassign a Work Order from the CCF Administration Services select option 12.
Select option 9 - Reassign change requests
- At the REQUEST ID field enter the Work Order number.
- At the  PROGRAMMER field enter the existing userid(who has the assignment).
- At the  REASSIGN TO PROGRAMMER field enter the userid(who you are assigning the work order to).

You can also reassign the work order from one manager to another manager.

The reassignment panel requires either the PROGRAMMER and REASSIGN TO PROGRAMMER fields or, the MANAGER and REASSIGN TO MANAGER fields to be supplied.

See Panel example below:
