Toggling SQL Curve Data (Beta) in System Options is slow

Issue/Introduction

Enabling and Disabling “Include SQL Curve Data (Beta)” flag is very slow

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Use a medium to large PostgreSQL dataset 
2. Connect to Classic – System Options
3. Toggle the flag SQL Curve Data (Beta) on and off and note the timings for the page to fully refresh

Expected Results: The timings to be within reasonable performance expectation for a Clarity page refresh

Actual Results: It takes 2-3 minutes for the System Options page to update

Note: this may also happen on other database vendors
