Disable unsolicited device configuration captures on specific devices

Issue/Introduction

We want to model new devices in our environment one requirement is that the configuration of the devices should be backed up as soon as a corresponding trap is received on the landscape.

However, the "Unsolicited Device Configuration Captures" feature (NCM option) is set to "Disabled" in our environment. We would prefer not to change this setting globally.
The new devices will be modeled on a new landscape. Is there perhaps a way to enable this feature only for that specific landscape, or to apply it selectively to certain devices via policy?

Capture can be disabled on individual devices, but needs to be enabled globally
