When status is updated without giving any comments, it shows the status change message, and if we enter comments, then it shows the comments, but not the status change update. We need to make both visible in the ticket activities.
Steps:
1. Change ticket status and do not enter any comment, and save. Under activities, we can see the Status change info.
2. Now change the status and enter comments, under activities we can see the comments but not Status change update.
Need to display both Status change and comments entered by the user.
