Issue/Introduction

• Migrating a Windows VM using HCX  VMware HCX OS Assisted Migration (OSAM) fails with error "Failed to perform fix-up operation on migrated VM. Second stage fixup failed"
• The log file fixup.log in Windows VM under C:\temp\Fixup\fixup.log show the error below

Cause

The netsh.exe utility is encountering an error and failing to configure DNS settings causing a configuration or compatibility issue.
