After upgrade to ITMS 8.8 Licenses disappear from Symantec Installation Manager.

When checking ITMS logs you find the logs full with log entries like:
Failed to process licensing event batch:
Every element in licenseInstances collection must be of type Base, Legacy or Trial
It was found out that the ITMS installation still had PcAnywhere installation in it that caused the issue.
