Unable to download VMware NSX bundle version 4.2.2.1.0 from SDDC Manager.

Issue/Introduction

Getting error while selecting the version during plan patching : Update not possible when inbom-mgmt-####.com is in failed state.

Following logs can be seen from domainmanager.log

Environment

VMware SDDC Manager 5.2.1

Cause

 This issue occurred because the SDDC Manager failed to get the Management Network information from the NSX Manager.

Resolution

      Follow below steps to fix the issue :

• Run the ./sos --health-check --domain-name ALL --skip-cert-check command to perform the SDDC Manager health check. Reference Doc : Check SDDC Manager Health
• The NSX Manager needs to be rebooted to allow the SDDC Manager to retrieve the Management Network information from the resource.
• Execute the "Plan Patching" again from SDDC Manager.
• Kindly check the progress whether you are able to download the latest bundle of NSX.
