Issue/Introduction
NSX edge clusters are missing on SDDC Manager's UI for the management and the workload domains but are present/listed in NSX-T Manager's UI
Environment
VMware SDDC Manager 5.x
Cause
Listed all the NSX Edge clusters in SDDC DB, two of the edge clusters do not have the source ID in the list and when cross-checked those edge clusters in NSX-T Manager's UI, they are not present, they have been deleted from the NSX-T Manager directly before the upgrade
To list all the NSX Edge clusters from SDDC DB
SSH into the SDDC Manager
root@sddc [ ]# psql -h localhost -U postgres -d platform -c "select id,name,source_id from nsxt_edge_cluster;"
The output looks similar to:
id | name | source_id
