Self sign certificate and signed version are different

Issue/Introduction

Question:

The serial number, expiration date, keyusage of a self signed certificate is different between the unsigned version of a  digital certificate and his signed version of the digital certificate when listing it using a TSS LIST(owningacid) DIGICERT(digicertname) command. How did it change?

Answer:

When the certificate was signed, it was changed during the certificate signing process of third party digital Certificate Authority.
