What is the behavior of Ticketing_System_Integrated_In

Issue/Introduction

There is a parameter in spectrumgtw.cfg, Ticketing_System_Integrated_In, but is not clear what is the exact behavior it controls when its value is set to Spectrum. 

Environment

UIM any version

Spectrum any version

Resolution

   Ticketing_System_Integrated_In = Spectrum

With this change, this is the current behavior in regard to assignment:

• Set assignee in UIM -> gets synced to Spectrum
• Set assignee in Spectrum -> does not get synced to UIM and also does not get overwritten by UIM
• Set new assignee in UIM -> gets synced to Spectrum and overwrites assignment set in Spectrum
