SQL error when accessing an interface

Issue/Introduction

When drilled down to an interface to view report, SQL error (An Error occurred! Control(30002)) is observed. 

Environment

NFA - 24.3.x

OS - Windows Console 

Cause

MySQL service though running but it is hung. 

Resolution

Restarted both MySQL services in console, all reports loaded fine.
