Issue/Introduction

User sees the quantity of license decreased from what they had earlier

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0

Cause

Any of below action/s can cause default license quantity to decrease

1. Change in quantity of subscription due to reduction
2. Any custom license is created or quantity of the license is increased which get reduced from the default license quantity
3. Entitlement is moved from this tenant to another tenant.
