Issue/Introduction

When Upgrading portal from 23.3.6 > 24.3.8 it fails trying to validate event partitioning 

 

Environment

Upgrade from Dx NetOps Performance Management 23.3.6 > 24.3.8

Cause

Defect  DE171743

Resolution

Use the following tech doc to change the Portal MySql password:

How to change the MySql password in NetOps Performance Management

 

Then re-run the upgrade again and it should complete
