How to configure the email notification configuration, when the user's account gets suspended

When a user is suspended, we see it in the trace logs. If we are not seeing with the default log level, change it to ‘all’ or ‘full’.
You can then see if the user is suspended and the reason for it.
But, in the CA Directory, there is no option to trigger email notifications when the user's account gets suspended.
